Swan Surgery are a part of Integrated Primary Care Access Service

Swan Surgery are delighted to announce that we are now one of the host sites for IPCAS (Integrated Primary Care Access Service), the times it will be running are:

–      Tuesday: 6.30pm-10.30pm

–      Thursday: 6.30pm -10.30pm

–      Saturday: 8am to 10.30pm

–      Sunday: 8am to 10.30pm

To access this service you will first be triaged by your own GP practice and then booked an appointment in the hub as necessary.
