Administration Queries
This service is open from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday Only.
There will be a cap to the amount we can triage each day, and eConsults will be dealt with in the same manner as we triage phone calls. Please note that any submitted eConsults on Friday afternoons will be triaged on the following Monday, in line with the national agreed 48-hour response time (Mon-Fri only).
